Evangelize Blossom Health to healthcare providers to grow patient referrals and expand mental healthcare access.
Responsibilities
- As a Clinical Field Liaison , you’ll be evangelizing Blossom out in the field so that more providers and patients are aware of our life-changing mental healthcare capabilities.
- Your primary goal is to grow patient referrals to Blossom by building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers and their teams — including primary care physicians, specialists, therapists, office managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- You will be the face of Blossom to hundreds of providers and thousands of patients in your region. More than that, you'll be a trusted partner, someone bringing solutions to providers desperate to get their patients psychiatric help.
- Please note: This is a full-time role and you must be located in Queens, Brooklyn, or Long Island, New York.
- Field Engagement - Spend ~4 days per week in the field , meeting with providers within your territory
- Spotting Opportunities - Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners
- Connecting & Converting - Build trust and credibility with leads, converting them into loyal referral partners who entrust Blossom with caring for their patients' psych needs
- Fostering Relationships - Develop authentic, long-term relationships not only with providers but also with clinic staff — including medical assistants, office managers, and administrators — ensuring the entire office is engaged in supporting patient referrals
- Contributing to Growth - Help shape the Clinical Liaison function by refining processes, creating resources, and sharing best practices that strengthen the team
Requirements
- Proven success in provider-facing field sales - you've achieved outstanding results winning over healthcare providers. Pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
- Zero to one growth - You have demonstrated ability to independently build and grow a territory from the ground up with strategic ownership
- Professionalism & polish - You have a strong professional presence and the ability to influence and connect across an entire medical office - from physicians to medical assistants, office managers, and staff
- Detail Obsessed and Data Fluent - You have strong rigor, discipline, and proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and a comfort with quickly learning new systems
- Communication and organization - You have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with strong time management and organizational abilities
