Design and implement scalable AI solutions by integrating Lio's AI platform into enterprise IT landscapes ensuring customer success.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will:
- Build prototypes, proof of concepts, and custom extensions that demonstrate real customer value
- Configure and adapt Lio's AI platform to customer workflows, ERP systems, and enterprise environments
- Lead technical deep dives, live demos, and workshops with procurement, IT, and architecture teams
- Work closely with enterprise customers to understand technical requirements and design scalable solutions
- Partner with Sales throughout the entire deal cycle as the technical owner of customer success
- Translate recurring customer needs into scalable product capabilities
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to continuously improve our platform
- Travel to customer sites for workshops and technical sessions (1–2 days per week)
Requirements
- You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Have experience building software or integrating technical systems. You're comfortable working with APIs, SaaS platforms, cloud environments, or modern development frameworks.
