Responsible for recruiting technical talent to build the team supporting healthcare automation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Luminai, you’ll be instrumental in building the team that drives our mission to make healthcare more efficient. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, partnering with hiring managers to source, attract, and close top talent that aligns with our culture.   • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical functions – Engineering, Product, and Design
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and create effective job descriptions
  • Develop sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline
  • Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview scheduling
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication
  • Track recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes

  • Our team is in-office 3 days a week (Mon, Tue, Thu) in either San Mateo, California or New York, New York.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting for high-growth technology companies (preferably B2B SaaS)
  • Proven success hiring for technical teams
  • Strong skills in full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing – including negotiating offers, pitching equity value to candidates, and building relationships
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Passion for fostering a positive and engaging candidate experience
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (ideally Ashby)
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, across various time zones
  • Passion for creating a dynamic and inclusive workplace
  • Experience with healthcare hiring is a huge plus
