- We’re looking for a Founding Tech Recruiter to build out our team as we embark on our next phase of growth. Someone smart — connected to the tech world — that moves, operates fast and efficiently — a superstar, a pirate. You'll operate as a strategic partner in the heart of the startup ecosystem, pioneering how we find, attract, and engage the world’s best talent.

- Have 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in-house or at a search agency
- Are at ease in startup environments and thrive amid ambiguity, rapid iteration, and high growth
- Communicate clearly—both written and verbally—and make every candidate feel valued
- Are well-connected, respected by peers, and have a personal brand in the recruiting community (e.g., active LinkedIn, trusted network)
- Care deeply about quality, processes, and candidate experience
- Are excited to work flexibly—this role is fully remote and freelance-friendly
