Junior Product Specialist responsible for testing product features, technical support, and ensuring software works effectively for customers in the AEC industry.
Responsibilities
- Help test new product features — from early concept to final QA
- Answer customer help tickets, ensuring issues get resolved quickly and customers feel supported along the way
- Write support content and documentation to help people succeed with Kinship
- Learn all about Revit and the AEC industry
Conditions
- Competitive salary (£24,000-£28,000 per year)
- A beautiful, plant-filled office in central London (by Southwark tube station) and good coffee (obviously)
- A no-BS team of people who love building great software together
- A company that believes in work-life balance
Other
- We’re building the content management and project tracking platform for Revit that AEC firms actually want to use — because we’ve lived the pain ourselves. Our tools help architects, engineers, and BIM managers standardize libraries, track usage, and eliminate chaos.
- We’re looking for a Junior Product Specialist to join our team in London. You’ll be the person who makes sure our tools don’t just look good, but actually work the way they should. From testing new features to uncovering hidden bugs, you’ll work with our engineers to help ensure every release is polished, dependable, and ready for real-world use.
- You’ll also work closely with our customers to provide technical support and help them understand what Kinship can do and how to get the most out of it.
- This is a hands-on role for someone who loves software, enjoys digging into technical details, and wants to be involved in both product and people.
- Some experience providing technical support, whether professionally or simply as the most techie person people know
- Experience communicating technical concepts in plain English
- A demonstrated ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new technologies
- Bonus points if you have some previous exposure to the architecture, engineering or construction fields
- Is great at spotting the little things and loves making workflows smoother
- Can explain technical ideas clearly in writing
- Enjoys solving problems for users and figuring out what really works
- Loves learning about new technologies and applications
- Likes working across functions — from product and design to engineering and support
- Takes pride in making things clearer, faster, and better for others
