Responsible for full-cycle recruiting of engineering roles and scaling technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles (software engineers, data, infrastructure, product, etc.).
- Partner closely with the founding technical recruiter on sourcing strategy, process, and execution.
- Source and engage passive technical talent through multiple channels.
- Manage interview coordination and deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Help build and document recruiting processes, playbooks, and workflows.
- Track key metrics and provide insights to continuously improve our technical hiring.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in startups or high-growth tech companies.
- Strong full-cycle recruiting skills with hands-on experience hiring engineers.
- Excellent sourcing abilities and comfort engaging passive technical talent.
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on candidate experience.
- Comfortable partnering directly with technical hiring managers.
- Eager to help build and improve processes rather than just execute existing ones.
- High agency and builder mindset.
