Lead growth product management for AI commercialization at Plaud.

Responsibilities

  • Own and improve monetization-related user journeys across both B2C and B2B scenarios, including checkout, upgrade, downgrade, renewal, cancellation, refund, and billing communication flows.
  • Work closely with the monetization strategy lead to translate pricing, packaging, and plan rules into clear and seamless product experiences.
  • Optimize UI/UX for purchase and subscription management touchpoints across platforms, ensuring users understand their options, status, and next steps.
  • Help define product requirements for plan display, entitlement presentation, access states, and consumer/business experience coexistence.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Growth, and Operations to deliver monetization features and improve end-to-end user journeys.
  • Track key funnel metrics, identify friction points, and support experiments and iterations to improve conversion and lifecycle experience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience working on user-facing product flows, such as checkout, subscriptions, billing, onboarding, or account management.
  • Strong product sense for UI/UX and journey design, especially in purchase and lifecycle experiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and design teams to ship product improvements.
  • Comfortable using data to identify problems, measure outcomes, and support prioritization.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
