Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns by sourcing creators, managing partnerships, and leveraging data-driven insights.

About the company

  • RAD Amplify transforms real-time social language into predictive demand signals, giving brands a live view of emerging micro-communities and the creators driving influence – and turning that intelligence into performance-driven creator marketing campaigns.
  • We’re a team of strategists, engineers, and operators, who value unconventional thinking, speed with purpose, and cross-discipline collaboration. We believe understanding human language in real-time is foundational to smarter technology, more efficient marketing, and better outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate to help discover the next wave of creators, run collaborations end to end, and turn partnerships into measurable results. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves living on social platforms, thrives on relationship-building, and is excited to grow alongside a team that's actively folding AI into how we work.
  • If you can spot a rising creator before they blow up, write an outreach message people actually reply to, and get genuinely curious about how data and new tools can make campaigns smarter, we'd love to talk.
  • Talent Sourcing & Vetting: Discover, evaluate, and recruit emerging creators and influencers who align with the brand's aesthetic and target audience.
  • Outreach & Negotiation: Manage end-to-end communication, negotiate rates or product exchanges, and finalize collaboration contracts.
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate product mailings (seeding), track content deadlines, and ensure creators receive brand briefs and guidelines.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign metrics (ROI, reach, engagement rates, and conversions) using social platforms and influencer software.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture long-term partnerships with creators and maintain a healthy, active talent database.
  • Trendspotting: Stay ahead of social media algorithm changes, viral content trends, and emerging creator niches.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, talent/partnerships or a closely related field.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills — you can build rapport quickly and represent the brand with creators.
  • Comfort with negotiation and managing multiple collaborations and deadlines at once.
  • Fluency across major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and a sharp eye for what's trending and why.
  • Analytical mindset — you're comfortable reading campaign metrics and using them to inform decisions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • A genuine interest in learning about AI and how emerging tools can improve creator discovery, outreach, content workflows, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms or CRM tools (e.g., [GRIN, CreatorIQ, Aspire, or similar]).
  • Familiarity with contract basics, FTC disclosure guidelines, and creator licensing.
