Responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads to support sales pipeline growth for SaaS products.
Responsibilities
- We are on an exciting journey to unlock productivity with our GoLinks Suite. As part of this product growth, we’re looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our in-person team at our San Jose, CA office three days a week.
- In this role, you’ll partner closely with Account Executives (AEs) to source and close SMB, mid-market, and enterprise SaaS opportunities. You’ll own the early stages of the sales process — identifying top prospects, creating pipeline, and selling the value of GoLinks by addressing customer needs and demonstrating our unique benefits.
Requirements
- Experienced in outbound prospecting. You’ve demonstrated success sourcing and booking meetings through LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns , with a track record of exceeding activity and meeting goals.
- Strong communicator. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and can confidently connect with prospects over email, phone, and in person.
- Quick learner and adaptable. You’re curious about technology and sales, eager to learn new tools and approaches, and able to quickly adapt to changing goals or processes.
- Resilient and results-oriented. You stay motivated in the face of rejection and are driven to achieve and exceed your targets.
- Growth mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are excited to grow your skills and career in sales.
- Team-oriented. You enjoy collaborating in person with your peers and thrive in a high-energy office environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify and pursue cold and warm opportunities, developing a strong demo pipeline using outbound methods
- Prospect effectively on LinkedIn and through email , demonstrating creativity and consistency in booking meetings with target accounts
- Identify top prospects and leads through diligent market research and share insights and feedback with the sales and marketing teams
- Deliver an exceptional experience for prospects throughout the sales process
- Track, analyze, and refine ways to improve outbound campaigns and conversion rates
- Represent GoLinks at events, conferences, and in-person networking opportunities to generate leads and build relationships
- The annual base salary range for this role is $45,000 USD , with uncapped commission and on-target earnings of $65,000 USD . Actual salary will vary depending on various factors, which include, but are not limited to a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
- This is a full-time, in-person position based at our San Jose, CA office.
- GoLinks’ total compensation package for full-time employees includes equity, and extensive benefits and perks.
