  • Please note that for this role, C2 Spanish proficiency is required. This is a full-time, hybrid position with 3 days at the office in São Paulo.
  • Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities for the LATAM market.
  • Solve technical problems from day one after signature and guide them through technical questions about our system and solar and heatpump (you don't need to be an expert directly).
  • Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team.
  • Continuously improve customer experience and help them day to day in calls and in our supportchat.
  • Identify technical bottlenecks with customers and improve our solutions with the engineering team.
  • Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation.
  • Experience in B2B customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers.
  • Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering.
  • Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem.
  • Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Spanish and English.
