  • Please note that for this role, C2 German proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.
  • Own customer success and revenue growth : Continuously improve customer experience, streamlining and improving our processes.
  • Onboard customers : Act as a trusted product expert and business partner, empower them to implement Reonic in the most efficient way.
  • Partner cross-functionally : Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering to accelerate adoption, drive usage, and identify market opportunities.
  • Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) : Uncover opportunities to expand, renew, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Lead strategic projects : Plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation
  • Resilient, driven, and passionate about helping customers realize long-term value — you thrive on a challenge.
  • Experience in customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for customer facing interactions.
  • Experience in high growth start up environment.
  • Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering, or top tier business school degree.
  • Excellent communication abilities in German and English.
