Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Growth Operations Intern to help drive user growth and engagement for our AI platform.
- You will work at the intersection of growth, product, and operations , helping us attract new users, improve onboarding, and increase user retention through data-driven experiments and community engagement.
- This role is ideal for students interested in AI startups, growth strategy, developer platforms, or data-driven product growth .
- Help design and execute user acquisition campaigns to attract new developers and AI teams
- Assist with user onboarding and activation programs
- Support user engagement and retention initiatives , including referral programs and community activities
- Analyze growth metrics such as user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement
- Build simple reports or dashboards to track growth performance
- Work with product and engineering teams to improve onboarding and user experience
- Collect feedback from developers and identify opportunities to improve the platform
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
- Strong interest in AI, startups, or developer platforms
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with data
- Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to have
- Experience with growth, marketing, or community operations
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or data analysis
- Interest in AI infrastructure, GPUs, or cloud platforms
