Manage core AI product development translating LLM capabilities into user-ready features.
Responsibilities
- Define core product requirements and milestones based on real user needs and use cases.
- Translate LLM / Agent capabilities into reliable, scalable, and user-ready product features.
- Own the end-to-end product development process, from PRDs and reviews to launch and iteration.
- Work closely with Design and Engineering to ensure high-quality execution.
- Continuously improve the usability, clarity, and reliability of the AI Agent through data and user feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with 0–1 products or complex systems.
- Strong understanding of AI / LLM / Agent workflows; able to collaborate deeply with engineers.
- Technical or engineering background is a strong plus.
- Excellent product sense with a high bar for UX and design quality.
- Structured thinker with a passion for turning AI into real, usable products.
