Other

  • At FTMO, we believe that company growth starts with people. We are a team that pushes forward together, supports one another, and celebrates shared achievements. Our environment creates space for talents to grow – individually, as a team, and across the whole company.
  • And currently, we are looking for someone to own the internal learning programs that make FTMO smarter and safer . You will build company-wide AI fluency, keep us security-aware in a high-target industry, unlock real value from the SaaS tools we already pay for, and grow role-specific capability in partnership with HR.
  • This is a founder-style role . You start hands-on, prove what works, and lay the foundation for an Education function that grows into a dedicated unit under HR over time. This role is designed to grow into that unit's lead.
  • Own FTMO's AI adoption program: practical literacy training, hands-on workshops, a working library of prompts and use cases, and a cross-department AI champion network.
  • Own the company-wide security awareness program in partnership with the Security team on phishing simulations, role-based training for finance and payouts, and refreshers tuned to threats.
  • Drive SaaS tool enablement . Look at how the tools we pay for are actually used, run workshops on the under-used features that save people time, and partner with tool owners, IT, and vendors.
  • Partner with HR on the competency framework: map training to the capabilities each role needs, help managers spot real skill gaps, and feed insights from performance cycles back into the plan.
  • Build and maintain a living learning library : needs assessments, design that actually works for adults, clean version control, and a review cadence.
  • Introduce, implement, and operate a learning management system , and use it to bring together external courses, vendor-led training, internal experts, and certifications.
  • Run change management around new tools and policies with a real launch plan, communication, materials, and the post-launch reinforcement.
  • Measure impact in a way leadership can act on and report quarterly (we use the Kirkpatrick four-level model as the shared scorecard).
