  • As a Sourcer at Serval, you'll build and own our talent pipeline strategy from the ground up, spanning both technical and non-technical functions. You'll design and execute creative, high-impact sourcing initiatives that help us scale quickly while maintaining a high talent bar.   • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with engineering roles and tech stacks, with the ability to engage credibly with technical candidates and understand what makes them tick.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success building high-quality pipelines, engaging hard-to-reach passive candidates, and supporting closures of top-tier talent.
  • Self-Motivated & Adaptable: Thrives in ambiguity and fast-moving environments—able to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and focus.
