Strategic ops and product generalist role partnering with founders to drive company growth, manage product development, lead launches, and support communications and operations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with founders to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives that drive company growth and impact
- Work with technical teams to define product requirements and manage the development roadmap
- Lead product launches and coordinate go-to-market efforts
- Craft compelling written content including product documentation, blog posts, and customer-facing materials
- Support internal and external communications efforts
- Develop operational processes and frameworks that scale with the organization

- Compensation: $150,000–$300,000 + equity (depending on experience and scope)
