Manage VIP player relationships and drive engagement and retention for mobile games.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the VIP account management domain in a fast growing, leading product
  • Evaluate and monitor VIP players KPI trends by initiating campaigns and promotions
  • Proactively initiate communication with these players over various channels based on personal relationships
  • Work collaboratively with multiple teams such as analysts, CRM, product and more
  • Manage and grow our social media community (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Support & engage our VIP players on a daily basis with all queries & complaints

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (additional languages a bonus)
  • Analytical and operational skills
  • Previous experience within an account management role or similar - advantage
  • PROACTIVE & “CAN DO” ATTITUDE
  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
  • Full time position with willingness to be able on the weekends when necessary
