- As part of Voodoo Gaming, we partner with studios to build games from initial concept to global launch, aiming to create the next wave of iconic, chart-topping hybrid-casual hits. - You will join a small and high-performing team, and your main responsibilities will include:
- Building and nurturing Voodoo’s presence in Türkiye by developing strong relationships across the local gaming ecosystem(s)
- Building and managing a portfolio of high-potential studios through outreach, industry events, and partnerships
- Guiding studios on product strategy and creative direction to build strong, marketable prototypes
- Leading launches as a product director by forming the product vision, roadmap, and execution to scale successful titles
- Owning the full P&L of your games, with a sharp focus on growth and profitability
- Driving deep market and competitive analysis to identify trends and define what we should build next
- Master’s degree from a top-tier business or engineering school
- 3+ years in a fast-paced, analytical environment (e.g. consulting, banking, tech, or startups)
- Strong strategic thinking, product sense, and analytical skills
- Passionate about gaming and consumer products
- Comfortable owning complex projects and working autonomously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; Turkish
- Personal passion or creative interest outside of work
