- Now, we’re looking for a Founding Product Designer to define our design culture and own the end-to-end product experience. B2B software is notoriously clunky. We believe it should be delightful, intuitive, and joyful.

Other
- Location: San Francisco, CA. This role is based out of our San Francisco HQ and is not eligible for full-time remote work.
- Own the entire product design process : user journeys, interaction design, and visual language.
- Partner with engineering and product to bring complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences.
- Build a cohesive design system that will scale across products.
- Shape and nurture the design culture at FurtherAI.
- Work in-person from our San Francisco office (5 day week).
- 5+ years designing products.
- Proven ability to turn complex user problems into elegant solutions
- Strong communication skills - able to clearly explain design decisions
- Bonus: experience in consumer/prosumer startups
