Responsibilities
- We’re seeking an experienced Account Executive (AE) to help drive new business growth and expand our presence across key public-sector and media markets. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close while collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure every client experience reflects SND’s mission of empowering public communicators.

- Account Executives will work remotely and must be based in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Ohio, or Texas.

- Manage the full sales cycle from inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting to closing new accounts.
- Conduct consultative discovery to understand client goals and align SND solutions to their needs.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities within CRM (HubSpot experience a plus).
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product to refine messaging, share market feedback, and drive alignment.
- Accurately forecast and report on pipeline health, deal stages, and revenue projections.
- Represent SND at virtual and in-person events, webinars, and demos to elevate brand visibility.
- 3–5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in B2B or public-sector technology.
- Proven record of exceeding quotas and delivering consistent revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of consultative selling, pipeline management, and disciplined CRM use (HubSpot preferred).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working remotely while managing a high-volume, structured pipeline.
- Authorized to work in the United States (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder).
