Responsibilities

  • We're looking for a customer advocate to join our passionate team. We are committed to recruiting knowledgeable, friendly, and motivated people who are enthusiastic to deliver top-notch service.
  • Our goal is to provide exceptional customer care to our expanding international client base. You’ll work with a highly motivated and successful team of high performers where you can evolve career-wise.
  • Communicate with clients in English/Bulgarian
  • Deal with incoming inquiries via chat and email
  • Help clients get acquainted with our app
  • Troubleshoot account-related issues
  • Channel client’s feedback
  • Working on a 24/7 schedule, organized in shifts

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Understanding of the stock market and the fintech industry
  • Fluency in another language
