Responsibilities
- We are looking for a dedicated and analytical VP of sales to join Partisia Blockchain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales activities, meeting with major clients/businesses/investors, writing sales reports and designing effective sales strategies. As a blockchain company, the projects will require general knowledge of how blockchains operate. We are a startup in year 3 so this is an opportunity to join relatively early on and have a real influence on the company.
- Working with the marketing department to design print and online promotional materials for the company's products and services.
- Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
- Outlining and managing sales budgets
- Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating team members to help to achieve the goals
- Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting
- Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction
- Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team
- Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships
- Recruiting and hiring sales staff where necessary and developing training programs
