- Role Purpose The Sweden Country Leader is responsible for leading all aspects of clinic operations, team leadership, and strategic growth across the Sweden market. This role owns full P&L performance, drives operational excellence, ensures regulatory compliance, and delivers exceptional member experiences while scaling Neko Health’s presence in Sweden.
- Stabilized and optimized performance across all clinics
- Clear and executed Sweden market growth strategy aligned with global objectives
- Improved clinic-level KPIs (efficiency, quality, member satisfaction)
- Strong leadership structure with high-performing Area Managers and clinic teams
- Launch of new clinics and expansion initiatives
- Established financial discipline with accurate forecasting and P&L management
