Responsibilities
- The Sellfire Sales Lab is a unique, immersive training and sales environment designed to accelerate careers in high-velocity sales. As a Sales Lab AE, you’ll follow a proven playbook, receive daily coaching, and gain exposure to top-performing sales leaders while driving real results for our clients. This is a full-cycle sales role; you’ll set, demo, and close on behalf of our clients while building the foundation of your long-term sales career.
- Own the entire sales cycle: prospect, demo, and close using the Sellfire methodology and product
- Drive daily outbound sales activity, including cold calling and scripted outreach
- Demonstrate what’s possible for client sales teams by executing at a high level
- Provide detailed feedback from client interactions to strengthen our offering

- Meet or exceed daily outbound sales-development metrics
- Run the full sales cycle, working leads from prospect to closed won
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Share feedback and insights to improve our processes and playbook
- Outbound sales or prospecting experience preferred
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new sales tools quickly (CRM experience a plus)
- Familiarity with full-cycle, high-velocity sales processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to build rapport quickly
- Track record of achievement in sales or other performance-driven environments
