  • We are seeking a dedicated and innovative HR Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will involve supporting our HR functions, focusing 80% of your time on recruitment and 20% on admin related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • 1. Develop, drive and implement staffing strategy and future-oriented recruitment plan contributing to major long-term objectives
  • 2. Lead the recruitment process and fill job openings with top talent
  • 3. Identify key talents globally through existing and new channels such as attracting candidates through appropriate advertising mediums, ensuring that a pool of suitable candidates is continuously built and maintained.
  • 4. Engage in timely and appropriate communications with all stakeholders including hiring managers, candidates, HR colleagues, and external agencies
  • 5. Consult hiring managers on hiring needs, job descriptions and hiring process
  • 6. Secure, on-board and retain talents.
  • 7. Support daily operations and perform ad-hoc projects as needed
  • 8. Maintain employee relationships and develop effective solutions to conflicts
  • 9. General office support: Provide support for general office operations related to HR functions such as managing our monthly meal invoices, part-time employee timesheets, maintaining compliance documents, or any ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • 1. 3 years of experience in recruitment role and/or HR role
  • 2. Strong hands-on experience in end to end recruiting with strong business acumen and insights around tech talent landscape
  • 3. Proactive, creative and a fast learner
  • 4. Strong project management and computer skills (i.e. excel and powerpoint)
  • 5. Comfortable working a developing, fluid and changing environment
  • 6. Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines
  • 7. Native Mandarin with proficiency in English.
  • 8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
