  • Take ownership of clearly defined workstreams that directly impact company growth
  • Support and collaborate closely with founders and senior team members on strategic and operational initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for improvements and proactively execute solutions
  • Operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where interns are expected to take ownership and act with a strong sense or urgency
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience through 1-2 internships or roles in high-growth startups, venture capital, consulting, product management, or talent/HR-related functions
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly
  • High curiosity about startups, technology, and what makes exceptional teams
