Manage customer relationships and guide clients from onboarding to renewal and upsells for a legal AI platform.
Responsibilities
- As a Customer Success Manager , you'll act as an Account Manager with a focus on:
- Becoming an expert on Lexroom and a product specialist , guiding our customers from the onboarding stage to the renewal, including upsells.
- Managing the entire funnel for existing business . Your mission will be to manage customers, conduct checkpoints/interviews and do upsells.
- Working closely with customers to get their feedback, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the company’s product: you will be the main point of contact between the company and our customers.
- Preparing dashboards , monitoring KPIs, collaborating with internal teams (e.g. product development, marketing,..), sharing useful insights and ideas on defining our processes

- You have 0-1 year of experience in a Sales, Ops, or customer-facing roles
- You are familiar with sales support tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.)

- Optional but a bonus: You have a law degree .
- You speak both Italian and English .
