Manage and optimize core app user acquisition channels across major platforms to scale campaigns and handle significant live budgets.
Responsibilities
- Own App UA at Scale: Take ownership of app install campaigns across AppLovin, Google UAC, Facebook, TikTok, and DSPs - managing $500k+ in daily spend and optimizing toward revenue and predictive LTV targets.
- Drive Daily Performance: Monitor live campaigns daily, make proactive budget and bid adjustments, and troubleshoot performance drops without waiting to be asked.
- Lead Creative Strategy: Analyze top-performing creatives and competitive trends, identify what's working on TikTok and Facebook, and plan a balanced production mix of iterations and new concepts.
- Manage a Creative Ecosystem: Coordinate with our internal creative team - briefing, reviewing, and prioritizing production to keep testing pipelines moving.
- Navigate Attribution Complexity: Work across multiple campaign types, manage cross-channel attribution windows and settings, and use Adjust MMP to ensure clean app tracking and accurate performance reads.
- Build Toward LTV: Set and optimize against primary KPIs rooted in revenue and predictive lifetime value - understanding not just surface metrics but the downstream signals that predict real business impact.

- Salary range: €65,000-80,000/annum
- We're looking for a UA Manager to take ownership of our core app user acquisition channels. This is a high-stakes, hands-on role built for someone who lives in the data, moves fast on optimizations, and knows how to scale app campaigns across AppLovin, Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
- You'll be managing significant budgets across live campaigns — this is not a planning role. It requires daily attention, sharp instincts, and the ability to diagnose and fix performance problems in real time.
- App UA Track Record: Proven experience scaling app install campaigns across at least two of: AppLovin, Google UAC, Facebook, TikTok, or programmatic DSPs - with meaningful budget responsibility.
- Spend-Scale Comfort: You've managed large daily budgets in a live environment and know how to operate with both precision and speed when campaigns are actively running.
- Creative Judgment: You can analyze performance data to identify what creative is working, brief agencies effectively, and plan a testing roadmap that balances iteration with new concepts.
- Attribution Fluency: Solid understanding of mobile attribution, MMP setup (Adjust preferred), and how different campaign types and attribution windows interact — especially across app and web.
- LTV & Revenue Focus: Experience optimizing toward revenue-based KPIs and predictive LTV, ideally in gaming or subscription apps. If you don't have gaming background, you need to clearly demonstrate you understand the metrics that drive performance downstream.
- Problem-Solving Operator: You diagnose, you act, you iterate. You don't wait for weekly reviews to catch a problem — you're in the account daily and you fix things before they become fires.
- You treat a live campaign like it's always your responsibility - proactive, not reactive.
- You think in signals and ratios, not just top-line spend.
- You're a confident stakeholder manager who can align internal teams and external agencies toward a shared creative and performance roadmap.
- You're comfortable with complexity - multiple campaign types, channels, and attribution layers - and you build clarity from it rather than getting slowed down by it.
