Associate position in Healthcare department focusing on transactional and regulatory healthcare law.

Requirements

  • Candidates must have a mix of healthcare related transactional and regulatory experience, including a working knowledge of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute.
  • Experience with transactions involving private equity funds or portfolio companies is a plus but not required.
  • Candidates must have a strong academic record, and excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.
  • Ohio bar membership or eligibility to waive into the Ohio bar is required.
  • The right candidate for this position will be entrepreneurial, eager to work directly with partners and clients in the healthcare industry, and excited to be part of a team handling a busy national healthcare practice.
