Build AI-powered systems and backend services for games and internal tools, focusing on AI agents, LLMs, and developer tooling.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered systems for our games and internal tools
- Develop scalable backend services leveraging LLMs, AI agents, and orchestration workflows
- Rapidly prototype new ideas, validate them, and evolve them into production-ready solutions
- Build AI-driven workflows for content generation, automation, developer productivity, and knowledge retrieval
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Art teams to solve real-world problems using AI
- Own the performance, reliability, scalability, and observability of AI systems end-to-end
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and continuously evaluate new models, tools, and approaches
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline
- Experience building and shipping AI-powered products or workflows end-to-end, with a strong sense of ownership from ideation to deployment
- Strong understanding of backend architectures , LLMs , AI agents , and modern software development practices
- Strong product mindset with the ability to balance technical excellence and business impact
- Ownership mentality with excellent collaboration and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with AI agents, orchestration frameworks, RAG, vector databases, or AI developer tooling
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
