- As part of this journey, we are strengthening our technical and development team in Ubrique, working at the heart of production on jewelry collections and special projects.
Responsibilities
- As a Jewelry & Special Projects Project Manager, you will coordinate the development and industrialization of jewelry collections and special projects, ensuring alignment between Paris-based teams and our workshops in Ubrique.
- This is a 6-month fixed-term contract , suitable for a professional with approximately 3 years of experience in project management within luxury, jewelry, accessories, or industrial environments.
Requirements
- Around 3 years of experience in project management, product development, industrialization, or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and production processes.
- Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing; experience in leather goods is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and project planning tools.
- Professional working proficiency in English. Knowledge of French is considered a plus due to regular collaboration with Paris-based teams.
- You are organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and creative teams.

Other
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams between Paris and Ubrique (design, development, industrialization, and production).
- Ensure smooth communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Lead project follow-up meetings and monitor project progress.
- Build and manage project timelines, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
- Oversee the transition from prototype to industrial production.
- Ensure the completion of key industrialization deliverables, including technical drawings, molds, technical specifications, production data, and SAP updates.
- Support problem-solving during development and production phases.
- Anticipate risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with production teams.
