Responsibilities
- Design engaging 2D motion creatives and video ads for marketing campaigns
- Support the Growth team in turning game mechanics into compelling ad concepts
- Iterate on creatives based on feedback and performance insights
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams throughout the creative process
- Experiment with different visual styles, hooks, and formats
- Stay up to date with trends in motion design, mobile advertising, and AI-powered creative tools
- Continuously improve your craft by learning from feedback, teammates, and new technologies
Requirements
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field
- A portfolio showcasing motion design projects (personal, academic, freelance, or professional)
- Good knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator)
- Understanding of animation principles, timing, composition, and visual storytelling
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Interest in creating engaging 2D video ads and marketing creatives
- Curious about AI image/video generation tools and excited to explore new creative technologies
Nice to have
- Internship, freelance, or personal experience creating motion graphics
- Interest in mobile games, advertising, or user acquisition creatives
