Support and accelerate company growth through outbound experiments, AI-driven motions, event coordination, and cross-functional tasks.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound experiments - research prospects, craft outreach, and iterate based on results.
- Build AI-driven motions - use tooling to find signals, personalise, and do your job smart
- Generate qualified meetings for the team - outbound, inbound, network, whate
- Run events across Europe - coordinate demand generation activities
- Jumping into whatever else needs doing - across sales, ops, or partnerships
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience - prior growth/sales experience is a plus but not a must
- Commercial mindset - you are commercially driven and like the hustle
- Strong communicator - both verbally and written
- Experimental mindset - you love testing new approaches, measuring results, and iterating to find what works.
- Proactive, optimistic, and like to move fast
