Responsibilities
- Full-funnel mobile performance across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok & Apple Search Ads
- App Store Optimization end-to-end: keywords, creative testing, localization
- Attribution stack (AppsFlyer/Adjust, SKAdNetwork, GDPR-compliant reporting)
- Lifecycle marketing — push, in-app, email — to drive retention & subscription conversion
- Continuous testing across creative, channels, pricing & paywalls
Requirements
- 6+ years in growth/performance marketing with deep mobile app focus
- Proven track record scaling subscription or freemium apps through organic and paid channels
- Experience in healthtech, wellness, or regulated B2C — strongly preferred
- Fluency with AppsFlyer/Adjust, Meta, Google UAC, TikTok Ads, Mixpanel/Amplitude
- Hands-on ASO and paid UA at scale, ideally across the US and/or Western Europe
