  • TL;DR: We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive Lovable’s most important cross-team initiatives from idea to execution. You’ll connect engineering work with company goals, remove roadblocks, and ensure complex programs ship on time, at quality, the first time , freeing our tech leads and engineers to focus on building.

  • Proven experience driving complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams, from planning to successful delivery
  • Strong technical fluency — able to understand architecture, dependencies, and engineering tradeoffs, and communicate effectively with engineers
  • Exceptional execution and coordination skills — able to align stakeholders, manage ambiguity, and maintain momentum across teams
  • A highly proactive operator who anticipates problems early, removes blockers, and ensures predictable progress
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, tech leads, and leadership
  • Drive delivery of Lovable’s most important programs — cross-team initiatives that require coordination across multiple engineering teams
  • Ensure predictable forward progress across complex technical projects
  • Connect engineering work with company priorities, ensuring teams are aligned on goals and execution
  • Identify technical dependencies, risks, and blockers early, and proactively resolve them
  • Facilitate technical discussions and alignment across teams
  • Draft and maintain key technical documentation such as RFCs and ADRs
  • Build lightweight processes and structures that reduce friction in execution
  • Remove coordination overhead from tech leads and engineers, enabling them to focus on technical work
  • Step in wherever needed to keep programs moving forward
