Responsibilities
- Independently develop concepts and write technical briefs for various channels, generate new ideas and hypotheses
- Interpret key business indicators and make informed conclusions regarding product performance
- Test and adapt hypotheses for UA creatives, continuously study the target audience
- Analyze advertising campaigns with a focus on key performance metrics (CTR, IR, IPM, CPI, ROAS) to identify and scale effective strategies
- Perform systematic competitor research
- Collaborate with Motion Designers, Producers, and UA Managers to achieve KPIs
- Track trends and analyze the visual aspects of the market via Sensor Tower / App Annie
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role in the gamedev industry
- Experience with major sources in paid social and advertising networks
- Project management skills and advanced communication abilities
- Strong multitasking and time management skills in a rapidly changing environment
- Analytics experience
- Playable ads experience
- Ability to analyze statistical data, articulate risks, and set priorities correctly
