- At least 3 years of experience in User Acquisition
- Proven track record with B2C mobile applications
- Experience with subscription-based monetization model
- Stable tenure of 1.5-2 years at previous companies
- Experience with international products and markets
- English language proficiency
- Successful budget management over $100,000/month
- Proficiency with MMPs: Appsflyer / Adjust
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude
- Deep understanding of Facebook/Meta and TikTok advertising
