Senior Business Development Representative responsible for driving pipeline growth through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach via cold calls, email, and social channels
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert interest into sales-ready opportunities
  • Lead discovery conversations to assess prospect needs, pain points, and fit
  • Generate and schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Sales
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for activities, leads, and outcomes
  • Follow established sales processes, messaging, and qualification frameworks
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and meeting targets

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or sales development roles (B2B, B2C, or both)
  • Proven comfort with high-volume outbound calling and multi-channel prospecting
  • Prior remote work experience , fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies — non-negotiable
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
  • Strong communication skills, resilience, and a results-driven mindset

Nice to have

  • Prior experience closing deals or carrying a full sales quota
  • Background in high-velocity or transactional sales environments
  • Experience qualifying both inbound and outbound leads end-to-end

  • We’re seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to drive pipeline growth through a hybrid of high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role requiring comfort with outbound calling at scale, strong discovery skills, and full ownership of the BDR motion. Candidates with prior closing experience are strongly preferred.
