About the product
- The Unreal Engine / C++ Developer will create 3D games and Virtual Production environments for live gaming products.
- Working closely with product owners, artists, and designers, you will build engaging gameplay experiences while contributing to new technologies and development tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize gameplay mechanics and core systems using Unreal Engine 5 and C++
- Take ownership of network, memory, GPU, and CPU performance for implemented features
- Identify, debug, and resolve issues within Unreal Engine and project-specific systems
- Work with Unreal Engine rendering and compositing solutions, including Composure
- Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and developers to deliver high-quality features
- Maintain clean, scalable, and well-structured code
- Contribute to gameplay systems, tools, and virtual production workflows
Requirements
- Strong passion for software development and code quality
- Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5
- Strong proficiency in C++
- Experience with Unreal Engine Blueprints
- Experience using Unreal profiling and performance analysis tools
- Familiarity with HTTP and WebSocket communication protocols
- Understanding of build processes, compiler toolchains, and content pipelines
- Experience working with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Strong optimization skills for code and assets
- Solid debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the Unreal Composure plugin
- Experience with Blackmagic hardware
- Experience with virtual production workflows
- Interest in modern programming practices
- Knowledge of the latest Unreal Engine features and technologies
