  • A valid LAC license in good standing in the state of Arizona
  • A Master’s degree in Counseling with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
  • Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools
  • A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • A solid grasp of mental health diagnoses
  • Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans
  • A collaborative spirit to work alongside clients in achieving their goals
  • Skill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies
