Senior Software Engineer role focusing on C++ development for autonomous robotic vehicles to enhance logistics safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance and optimize existing software architecture; design robust architecture for new components
  • Design and develop clean, efficient, and reliable code
  • Implement advanced features for autonomous vehicles
  • Uphold high standards in code quality, including continuous integration, automated testing, and comprehensive code reviews
  • Advocate and drive best practices in software engineering and development processes
  • Produce thorough technical design documentation
  • Mentor and support other software engineers

Nice to have

  • Experience with ROS or similar middleware
  • Background in real-world safety-critical applications
  • Experience with deploying software tools and/or metrics

  • Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field
  • 3+ years’ experience writing production-quality code in modern C++
  • Experience developing in a Linux environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Adaptive, solution-oriented mindset
