Responsibilities

  • Lead the dev team and planning.
  • Design Python app architecture.
  • Manage code reviews and standards.
  • Support and develop CI/CD.
  • Mentor and hire new engineers.
  • Solve complex high-load issues.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Python experience.
  • 2+ years in Team Lead roles.
  • Expertise: FastAPI and SQLAlchemy.
  • Deep Postgres & MVCC knowledge.
  • Proficiency: Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Async and Multithreading mastery.
  • Clean Arch, DDD, SOLID expertise.
  • Russian language (C1+).

Nice to have

  • AWS, GCP, or Azure experience.
  • Kafka, Spark, and Big Data.
  • Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry.
