Manage multi-entity finance, tax, and operational complexity for a fast-moving startup across US and Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Manage intercompany transactions between our US and Singapore entities, including transfer pricing documentation and compliance.
- Own tax operations across both jurisdictions: Singapore GST registration and quarterly filing, US federal and state tax obligations, and coordination with external tax advisors.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes for both entities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and preparation of management accounts.
- Provide financial support for due diligence processes, including preparing financial data rooms, responding to investor queries, and coordinating with legal and auditors.
- Contribute to internal FP&A and budgeting: building financial models, tracking actuals vs budget, and supporting CEO with financial planning.
- Manage relationships with banks, payroll providers, and other finance vendors across both geographies.
- Build and improve internal finance processes as the company scales.
Nice to have
- CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Prior experience at a VC-backed startup.

- We are building AI agents that work the way humans do - and as we scale across the US and Singapore, we need someone to own the financial operations that keep the company running. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their way around multi-entity finance, tax, and the operational complexity that comes with a fast-moving startup.
- Bachelor's degree and above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in finance operations or accounting, with direct exposure to multi-entity structures.

- Experience with transfer pricing and intercompany accounting.
- Familiar with Singapore tax requirements, including GST registration and filing.
- Comfortable working across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
- Experience supporting financial due diligence for fundraising or M&A processes.
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable working independently in a lean team.
