- We're looking for a People & Operations Intern to help build how Simular works as a company; not just behind a desk, but out in the world. - • You communicate clearly and professionally
- • You're proactive; you see something that needs doing and you do it
- • You're curious about AI and eager to build real AI literacy, not just use LLMs, but understand how AI tools can transform workflows
- • You're comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out on your own
- • You're a people person who's energized by events and face-to-face interactions
- • You care about building a great workplace, not just running one
- Bonus
- • Prior internship in HR, people ops, or startup environments
- • Experience organizing events, clubs, or student organizations
