- Partnerships are treated as revenue engines, not branding exercises.
- The RPM is accountable for:
- Sourcing strategic partnership opportunities
- Structuring revenue-sharing agreements
- Monetizing distribution relationships
- Maintaining partner-driven pipeline
- Lower CAC via partner channels
- Expanded enterprise reach
- Stronger vertical penetration
- Incremental ARR from partnerships
