MEDvidi is a fast-growing US telehealth company building AI-powered and automation-driven systems. The AI Product Analyst will analyze, evaluate, and improve AI and automation systems, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, clinical, and operations teams.

Responsibilities
- Analytics for AI-powered and automation workflows
- Investigation of hallucinations, silent failures, and quality degradation
- Analysis of logs, transcripts, generated outputs, and operational data
- AI quality evaluation and monitoring
- Product experiments, funnel analysis, and impact assessment
- Dashboards and monitoring systems for automation health
- Measuring operational and business impact of AI initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years in Product / Data / Operational Analytics
- Experience with AI / LLM/ ML systems is a strong plus
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Experience working with complex production systems
- Strong product and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in fast-changing and ambiguous environments
- Fluent Russian and English B2+
- CET-overlapping working hours
