Enfint is seeking an experienced Product Designer to design and evolve scalable Design Systems across web, desktop, and mobile platforms, working onsite in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and evolve scalable Design Systems across web, desktop, and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
- Create consistent, user-centered experiences across multiple products and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders within Agile squads.
- Drive the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to prototyping, testing, and delivery.
- Define and document design standards, components, patterns, and best practices.
- Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and usability across all digital products.
- Support product teams in adopting and implementing Design System components.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and managing enterprise-scale Design Systems.
- Proven experience across mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and web/desktop applications.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end UX and Product Design process.
- Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional product squads.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with product and technology teams.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech environments is highly preferred.
- Experience designing products for SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) customers is a strong advantage.
Nice to have
- Experience working in large-scale organizations with complex digital ecosystems.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and design governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma and Design Tokens methodologies.
