We seek a visionary Group CTO to lead the technology strategy, architecture, and innovation for a global fintech platform processing with board-level impact and a large engineering team.
About the company
- Fintech Platform Processing is a global fintech platform processing with a focus on payments, banking, crypto, EMI, and financial service platforms.
Responsibilities
- Hire, mentor, and lead engineering leaders managing 50+ engineers.
- Define and execute long-term technology and platform vision.
- Own platform design, scalability, and resilience for core banking, payments, and card systems.
- Ensure high availability, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements including PCI DSS, EMI, and crypto licenses.
- Collaborate with Board and shareholders on technology investments and resource allocation.
- Drive automation, API-first development, and cloud-native solutions.
Requirements
- Experience as CTO/VP Engineering in fintech, payments, crypto, or high-growth technology companies.
- Proven background building and managing scalable distributed platforms with 50+ engineers.
- Deep expertise in payments infrastructure including card issuing and acquiring, banking, EMI, and crypto regulatory environments.
- Experience working in heavily regulated environments (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Fluent in Russian and English (both languages).
