Responsibilities
- Participation in Cardano's open-source initiatives or community contributions
- Developing smart contracts, and tools to enhance interoperability
- Develop and resolve complex technical challenges in a distributed system environment
- Researching: staying updated with advancements in L2 technologies, such as rollups, state channels, and sidechains
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve scalability and user experience on Cardano
- Work on creating and optimizing efficient solutions contributing to the advancement of smart contract technology
Requirements
- Computer Science and Software Development skills
- Haskell experience OR experience in another functional programming language (OCaml, F#, functional Scala, Coq/Rocq, Lean)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience with functional programming languages like Haskell
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and smart contracts is a plus
