Responsibilities
- Own and drive product analytics for a large-scale creator economy (millions of users).
- Deep-dive into retention, acquisition, and user behavior across mobile & web.
- Build and evolve data models and domains (not just dashboards).
- Design and analyze A/B tests, propose experiments, influence roadmap decisions.
- Work directly with product leadership — your insights will shape real product changes.
Requirements
- 4+ years as a Product/Data Analyst (consumer products).
- Strong SQL (CTEs, window functions, large-scale data).
- Hands-on with Looker / LookML.
- Experience with A/B testing, statistics, experimentation.
- Strong product thinking — ability to challenge and influence decisions.
- English — B2+ level.
